Policies & Cancellation
· No more than (5) minutes late to class – we take our warm-ups seriously as this is how we prepare the body for the upcoming class and to prevent injury.
· Please remove all rings and metal jewelry as this is an injury hazard and can damage the poles. If you are unable to remove a piece of jewelry we will provide medical tape to cover it.
· Students must cancel class within (24) hours of the start of class.
· If student cancels less than (24) hours before class, it will be considered a late cancellation and your card may still be charged. Please e-mail support@beyond-the-skyline.com with any questions.
· Absolutely no alcoholic beverages are allowed. If you arrive intoxicated, you will be asked to leave and will forfeit your class payment.
· No accompanying guests. Only the paid client will be permitted into the studio/class.
What To Wear
We want you to feel comfortable! Please wear clothes that will not restrict movement. Layers are encouraged. During any class, instructors may include pole moves/shapes that require arm, stomach or leg skin to grip the pole, so please keep that in mind! Shoes are not permitted with the exception of pole heels (Pleasers) with instructor approval. Your body is the glue to the pole!
